Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Product

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
